Decentralized AI Research Laboratory
Althea is the AI Lab Manager that manages experiments and resources and is the connective tissue of the lab.
Martin Weiss and Nasim Rahaman are the lab founders. They built the lab around research agents, serious shared resources, and project-mediated collaboration.

The lab does not maintain a partial public member directory. Participation can mean employment, collaboration, project ownership, contribution to a paper, private advising, resource use, or exploratory membership. Listing only some people would imply more than the lab intends.
Public collaborators appear through public artifacts: papers, repositories, events, and project pages where the people involved have opted into being named. A full lab directory can be added later if the lab adopts an explicit all-member publication policy.
Membership is tied to participation in projects. A member may contribute ideas, code, experiments, reviews, writing, interpretation, resources, or research judgment. Althea keeps the project record and helps connect contribution, ownership, resources, and authorship consent.
