Core Objects

Person: identity, expertise, affiliation, contact channels, consent settings, project memberships.
Project: hypothesis, status, owners, agents, workspace, experiments, artifacts, resource budget.
Agent: project-scoped worker or coordinator.
Contribution Event: idea, code, review, experiment, answer, interpretation, paper section, consent.
Ownership Row: person, project, ownership weight, basis, evidence, disputes.
Resource Allocation: compute, API, agent time, usage, policy basis, expiry.
Paper Artifact: claims, evidence, author candidates, venue, readiness, consent status.

Core Services

Service	Responsibility
Project Orchestrator	Coordinates agent work, repo state, experiments, milestones, and Althea's build priorities.
Contribution Logger	Captures events from chat, repos, PRs, experiments, reviews, and manual notes.
Ownership Updater	Updates the person x project matrix with evidence and human confirmation.
Resource Allocator	Meters and rate-limits compute, API credits, and agent time under Althea's resource policy.
Interruption Policy Engine	Decides when Althea should ping whom and why.
Authorship / Consent Engine	Helps Althea shepherd papers through cosign, author-order proposal, and submission consent.

Command Center v0

The command center is the minimum user-facing surface. It should show the project page, current agents, recent events, experiment state, blockers, pending questions, ownership/actions panel, artifact review, and consent flow.
